After several years of teaching in Stroud, Alastair started Cirencester Pilates at the beginning of 2023 in the Bingham Hall Studio. Ongoing high demand for spaces saw our offering increase to seven regular classes in a couple of years. Alastair went on a 4-month sabbatical in the summer of 2025 and that's when Polly joined the team. On Alastair's return we added an additional three classes on a Thursday night that Polly took ownership of. In Feb 2026, Alastair got the keys to the Old Station Works and started work on transforming the space into our very own Pilates studio.

How much does a class cost?
A one-off class costs £12.50. We encourage block booking to give your body the time it needs to respond to the great work that you're doing. A 6-class block cost £66 and a 12-class block costs £120.
Can I park at the studio?
Our studio is in the middle of the Old Station Car Park so there is plenty of parking there and nearby. The council car parks are free after 6pm.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Entry is through the two large wooden doors at the front of the building. Come inside to our reception area where you can leave your shoes, coat and bags and sit to wait for the studio to be free. If you need to change or use the toilets then you'll need to go to the 'platform' side of the building and enter through the side door. The code for the this door will be in your confirmation email. If a class is on, you won't be able to go through the studio to access the toilet directly from the waiting area.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself, a water bottle and a mat (although we have spare mats in case they're needed!). You may wish to bring a small towel to cover your head cushion as these are used across our classes. All other necessary equipment is provided.
